RConstruction Process

1 According to the specifications of the concrete pavement, complete the supporting formwork, paving, slurry raising and leveling.

2 Before the concrete surface is initially set, level the concrete surface with a large aluminum spatula.

4.Spread the colored reinforcing material evenly on the concrete surface twice. For the first time, two-thirds of three kilograms per square meter. The remaining 1/3 of the second spread.

5 Did not sprinkle color reinforcement. After the color reinforcement is wet. Leveling and finishing with a large aluminum spatula. Make the color reinforcement completely cover the concrete surface.

6.After the initial setting of the color reinforcement. When the surface is dry and there is no obvious moisture. Spread release powder evenly on the surface. Standard dosage of 0.15 kg per square meter.

7.Alternately advance the stamper with the mold. Must rehearse compactly between molds. Lamination to be formed at one time.Avoid repeated imprints.

8.Three days after laminating is completed. Scrub the floor surface. A small amount of detergent can be added during cleaning.Cut the expansion joints in time before cleaning.

9.After the floor surface is completely dry. Must spray color art floor protectant. Standard dosage is 0.18-0.2 kg per square meter.Protective agent can be sprayed with roller brush and roller.
